“All the things that truly matter, beauty, love, creativity, joy and inner peace arise from beyond the mind.” – Eckhart Tolle

Being in a state of presence creates space to experience the important things in life. And with this, comes a great sense of peace.

In this video, I explore the state of presence and mindfulness. You will learn more about how to experience these for yourself so you may experience beauty, love, joy, and peace to the fullest.
