Being in a state of presence creates space to experience the important things in life. And with this, comes a great sense of peace.
It is through the practice of “mindfulness” may one access this state. Practicing mindfulness trains you to exercise greater control of your mind. This leads to being better able to use the mind as a tool that serves you, rather than something that gets in the way of a great experience.
