Watch the way you are thinking, feeling, and acting. Take a moment to observe.
Is this what the highest expression of you looks like?
It’s ok if it isn’t. Don’t condemn yourself. That moment is gone, and now there is only this one. A new moment, a new opportunity.
But take into account what this pattern looked like, and why it was triggered in those moments that you slipped out of alignment. What series of thoughts and beliefs were involved with your response?
Often, being pulled into these lower frequency states is the result of a mental conditioning. Through conditioning, we create and reinforce mental loops/thought patterns that if triggered, we can easily get sucked into.
Through becoming more conscious, we can break these loops and resolve these patterns. The moment we observe and recognize that this is not how we want to think, act, or feel, we take away power from these patterns.
It may not be entirely resolved at once, you may find yourself triggered again in the future, but the more you practice higher awareness, the less likely you will be pulled into these old ways.
Keep observing, keep reflecting, and you will continue to rise into higher expressions of you.
