I have come to realize that there are two types of thoughts we can have: expansive thoughts, and constrictive thoughts. All thoughts are energy, and thus both these types of thoughts have the capacity to shift your frequency, but they do so in vastly different ways.
In this episode of Awaken, I get into a personal story of how I’ve recently been facing some challenges that were pulling me into a lower frequency and “suppressed” feeling state. When I started noticing that this was causing me to feel less connected to and driven in my purpose, I knew I had some looking in to do.
