Desire is a topic of debate in the spiritual community. At one extreme, some believe desire to be the root of all suffering and suggests it is something that we should work towards completely letting go. On the end, many are pursuing their desires with no second-thought, sometimes to their own detriment.

If we wish to feel fulfilled, how should we be approaching our desires? Should we let them go or pursue them?
