We endure a greater sense of meaning, enjoyment, and connection to and from life when we are living with an open-heart and a sense of compassion. I’m confident that we can all relate to being in a experience in which we felt deeply connected to and caring for those around us, and just how inherently fulfilling this is.

Awakening IS the opening of the heart and awakening of a sense of compassion.

Cultivating this sense can be done with practice. Here’s my experience with being in this intention and a specific practice for how we may do so.

In This Episode I EXPLORE:

  • the sense of fulfillment, meaning, and connection we endure when live with an open compassionate heart
  • how to energetically open the heart chakra
  • self-compassion as a stepping stone to feel compassionate towards others
  • the day-to-day practice of “seeing them as real”
  • a Buddhist practice awakening the heart-mind to compassion
