Our mind is home to our thoughts, perspectives, and beliefs. If we exercise control over it, we can shape those things in a way that best serve us.

But unfortunately, it’s far too common that things go the other way. Negative thought patterns are at the root of living in a frame of deficiency, lack, and inadequacy.
